We’re locally owned and community-driven, with a layout that spreads equipment across multiple rooms so you’re never packed into one giant box. The vibe is friendly but low-key: people come here to lift, move, and feel better in their bodies, not to perform for the room. Staff are around during staffed hours to help, answer questions, and keep the space safe, welcoming, and inclusive.
